With over 20 years of building championship cultures in Hawaiʻi, Rob Hesia knows that talent alone isn't enough. As a coach of four HHSAA State Championship teams, he founded **Focus on Refinement** to bridge the gap between physical skill and mental resilience. Rob offers a proven framework for growth through two primary paths: * **Youth Athletics & FOR Wrestling Club:** Developing strong minds and skilled wrestlers through club training and group coaching to help student-athletes thrive under pressure. * **1-on-1 Performance Coaching:** Individualized mentorship for athletes—from middle schoolers to UFC pros—looking to break through plateaus and master their mental game. Focus on Refinement is a premier resource for our island youth, teaching the habits and character needed to succeed in sports and in life.
