Training covers both traditional Gi fundamentals and modern No-Gi grappling techniques. Operating right in the downtown city center, the gym functions as an accessible space for local families and commuting students to develop physical conditioning, agility, and practical defensive skills in an organized, cooperative setting. ### Program Highlights * **Age Divisions:** Offers dedicated training matrices separated into Kids (ages 5 to 10) and Youth (ages 11 to 15) blocks. * **Core Curriculum:** Integrates specialized components of Gi Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, functional self-defense, and targeted youth wrestling classes. * **Weekly Schedule:** Kids classes run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons at 4:30 PM with Saturday morning wrestling, while Youth classes run Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 4:30 PM with Saturday morning wrestling.
