Operating out of the Kualoa-Heʻeia Ecumenical Youth (KEY) Project facility in Kaneohe, Pueo Wrestling provides structured youth wrestling instruction designed to build physical and mental resilience. Founded by Coach Bree Kaulili—a multi-time Hawaii state champion in wrestling and judo as well as a collegiate All-American—the club focuses on developing fundamental athletic mechanics, body awareness, and technical mat proficiency. Training is divided into separate introductory and intermediate blocks, allowing newer wrestlers to learn positional basics while more advanced students integrate specialized techniques into live sparring.
